The Association of Ringside Physicians (ARP) and Team Boxing League (TBL) invite you to register for a Ringside Medicine educational and networking event to be held July 18 and 19 near Phoenix AZ at the We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort.

Here’s what’s included with the registration fee:

  • Down Fighter Life Support (DFLS) Course, a 4-hour course that covers recognition and early management of ringside emergencies (traumatic brain injury, cardiac arrest, seizure, splenic rupture, etc). Physicians can earn CME credits for this course. Fight officials such as referees and inspectors are encouraged to enroll also and this training is meant for all who will be the first ringside to help a down fighter.
  • Ringside Fundamentals, a 90 minute course that is a condensed review of ringside medicine core topics such as common injuries, the prefight exam and prefight clearance, doctor stoppages, post bout evaluation and suspensions, and tips for new doctors or training new doctors.
  • Also included is a 2 Night Stay at We-Ko-Pa Resort, VIP Cocktail Hour from 6-7pm on Saturday July 18th, and a ticket for VIP Lounge Access for the live boxing fight between Team Boxing League’s Phoenix Fury and L.A. Elite 7pm on Saturday, July 18th.
